  • Report status, risks, and decisions clearly to clients and leaders; escalate early when commitments are at risk.
  • Run routine forecasting and ACV hygiene tasks assigned to the role (scheduled vs. unscheduled work, DOMO/Slack updates, reconciliation support, implemented ACV timing) per PM Performance Expectations and leadership guidance.

  • Forecast and revenue-timing ownership (project scope) — Keep project-level dates and ACV movement accurate; follow weekly/monthly department cadences (including DOMO and Slack updates where required), unscheduled ACV hygiene, and month-end implemented ACV rules per PM Performance Expectations.
  • Project system of record — Maintain tasks, owners, due dates, and comments in the approved project management system so leaders and partners can trust the plan.
  • Cross-functional leadership (project level) — Align consulting, migration, training, billing, utilities, and other specialists per SOP; resolve or escalate cross-team conflicts that block progress.
  • Client and stakeholder communication — Lead recurring project communications; meet response-time and professionalism standards in PM Performance Expectations; document decisions.
