Implementation Officer

This role is office-based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, providing the opportunity to work closely with the customer success and product teams.

What role will you play? 

• We are looking for an individual responsible for the implementation of our platform.
  

• You will report directly to our Senior Business Analyst in charge of platform modules.
  

Typical tasks:

• Configuration of our modules using the platform: this comprises using the Juakali toolbox to build apps, integrating with 3rd-party systems, actively participating in the business analysis/specs-related work and documenting it.
  

• Interact with the rest of the team, in order to report problems (to the developers and QA) or new feature ideas (product team).
  

• Preparing test cases and executing them, planning and executing QA of your implementations. 
  

• We are a small team, so every person has the opportunity to make a big impact and leave their mark on every project. You will help in shaping and uplifting our modules.
  

What are we looking for? 

• 3 to 5 years of implementation and/or development experience.
  

• Ideally, some expertise in low-code tools, BPMN / process automation, JavaScript and system integrations (via API)
  

• Ideally, some initial understanding of the business (exposed to microfinance/banking industries, especially for tech companies). 
  

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
  

• Autonomous, proactive, and accountable for your work
