Implementation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Implementation Manager coordinates customer onboarding and product implementation.

• Project management, product needs analysis, status tracking and management reporting.

• Provide support to our sales partners such as Request for Proposals review and generation, demonstrations, product needs analysis, and solution identification

• Manage client relationships during implementation

• Obtain critical information from all sources to support the client implementation

• Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis

• Conduct product needs analysis for clients, identify the best product solution

• Identify needs gaps and propose solutions

• Address client issues that arise during the implementation

• Provide status tracking on implementations, communicate information to leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; OR HS/GED and 4 years relevant experience

• MS Office and PC-based tools

• Technical aptitude to learn and use software programs

• Ability to quickly understand the Deluxe Merchant Services suite of electronic payment products

• Must be 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)

• Bachelor's Degree

• Excellent verbal & written communication

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Skilled in engaging potential customers in professional dialogue

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
