As a result of continued demand for our products and services, we are looking to for an Implementation Manager to join our global team and work on our GlobalLink Web product that has been experiencing explosive growth. The product is a specialized website application that offers our clients the ability to support translated versions of their site in multiple languages.

• Act as client advocate throughout the execution of the project
• Manage on-boarding and scoping of client requirements at project launch
• Educate client on technical requirements and features, partnering to deliver optimal solution
• Develop implementation schedules in collaboration with client and internal production teams
• Build and document all client management processes

• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships 

• Identify new business opportunities by having a deep understanding of clients needs and strategy
• Work closely with sales to and mantain KPIs and business growth plans for accounts on your portfolio
• Forecast client budgets to cover ongoing website updates and new initiatives
• Generate accurate cost estimates and handle client invoicing
• Ensure smooth maintenance of language websites and ongoing client satisfaction

• BS/BA required or equivalent work experience
• 2 years minimum experience in Account, Program, Customer Success management roles in a web agency, software or localization company
• Proven experience managing multi-faceted projects from inception to launch
• Fluency in English a must along with excellent verbal communications skills
• Must possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and ownership
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback

Desired Skills:

• Foreign language and localization experience a definite plus
