This role is part of our Customer Success team focused on Enterprise clients specifically in the Sports, Media & Entertainment vertical.   As part of this team, you'll contribute to initiatives that maintain our position as the preferred QR provider for over 70% of Fortune 500 companies.

The Implementation Manager is part of our Go-To-Market team, dedicated to serving clients within our core audience segments.   As part of this team, you'll contribute to initiatives that maintain our position as the preferred QR provider for over 70% of Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Flowcode team to create scalable onboarding and implementation processes for client segments
  • Develop service offerings and implementation packages tailored to specific use cases, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
  • Develop project management frameworks that ensure timely delivery and exceed customer expectations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, and address escalations and troubleshoot challenges
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to establish clear goals and milestones for post-implementation success
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure alignment and seamless transitions for new customers
  • Partner with the Product team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the development of new features and improvements
  • Manage data configuration, key metrics tracking, and CRM records
  • Report on key metrics and identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-value for new customers
  • Stay updated on industry best practices for onboarding and implementation

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in an onboarding/implementation role at a SaaS company.
  • BA in Business Administration or a related field 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS software architecture and deployment best practices
  • Proven track record building detailed implementation plans, managing timelines, and coordinating resources and managing SaaS implementations successfully
  • Experience building and leading implementation teams from the ground up
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships cross- functionally and influence others
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize effectively, and leverage feedback to refine processes
  • Strong technical skills, data manipulation (Excel, APIs), and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with changing priorities
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team, sharing insights and supporting peers to achieve collective goals

This is an in-office role at our beautiful offices in Soho, NYC.

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  The current range for this role is $100K - $140K OTE plus equity.
