Job Summary
As an Implementation Manager II you will develop and execute client-specific implementation strategy projects and successfully handle post-sale activities to retain large employee benefits group customers with a unique and specific focus on the statutory/PFML onboarding process.
Provide highly customized project management for planning, prioritizing, and executing implementation project work for our largest, most strategic customers within EB as well as holding an expertise in statutory and PFML.
Initiate and lead projects to identify and resolve implementation transition issues specific to each client and assist with making decisions on recommendations for new processes or procedures.
Gain insight into clients' culture, priorities, and goals to design and implement dynamic solutions and effectively convey diverse client needs and requests internally, driving the resources needed for successful implementations.
Respond to questions, provide requested documentation, and orchestrate internal process changes to fulfill client and broker requests. Provide training and mentoring to Implementation Managers and others as needed.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints while meeting changing priorities and deadlines.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education: HS diploma or GED required. Bachelors in business, communications, or other applicable and/or related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years of group insurance experience with progressive responsibility and an emphasis in project management, benefits administration, large case management, enrollment technology, or the equivalent combination of education/experience.
Experience in statutory and PFML products is preferred.
Must have experience with direct customer interaction, including HR Departments and brokers.
Strong critical thinking skills and proven ability to respond to changing circumstances and expectations readily.
Strong project management skills and a proven ability to multi-task effectively.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $129,000.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
