Responsibilities
  • Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Hardware-Rollouts in Projekten – vom Planungsstart bis zum termingerechten Projektabschluss
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stakeholder während und nach dem Rollout; Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Material, Transport und Ressourcen
  • Erstellung und Koordination kundenspezifischer Schulungskonzepte und Trainingsunterlagen sowie punktuelle Einsätze beim Kunden vor Ort (ca. 10%)
  • Einholung von kundenspezifischen Angaben; Pflege und Bearbeitung relevanter Projekt- und Installationsdaten in verschiedenen Tools (z. B. SharePoint, ISS)
  • Vertragsprüfung sowie aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Prozess- und Qualitätsverbesserung
Qualifications
  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit mind. 3–5-jähriger Erfahrung im technischen Umfeld, idealerweise im IT-, Netzwerk- oder Drucksystembereich

  • Sehr gute MS-Office- und EDV-Kenntnisse sowie gutes Verständnis für Systeme, Geräte und IT-Infrastrukturen

  • Kunden- und serviceorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Organisationsfähigkeit

  • Teamfähige, flexible und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit fliessenden Deutschkenntnisse sowie guten Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Skills Required

  • Commercial or technical vocational training
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a technical environment, ideally involving IT, networks, or printing systems
  • Very good Microsoft Office and general IT skills
  • Good understanding of systems, devices, and IT infrastructures
  • Fluent German
