Lead the successful delivery of client implementations while ensuring quality and timeliness. Partner with Project Managers and Functional Leads to drive excellence in solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation methodology and project governance
- Provide strategic leadership to implementation teams
- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Balance scope, quality, and timeline requirements
- Own requirements traceability and solution architecture
- Facilitate smooth transition to support teams
- Collaborate with product development for optimal solutions
