Support the onboarding and migration of clients to new travel technology platforms.
Analyze customer needs and help deliver effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, from planning to rollout.
Communicate clearly and work well with people from diverse backgrounds.
The ideal candidate..
Holds a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in project management, implementation, or customer-facing roles within technology or travel operations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new tools and changing situations.
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
