Join Hitachi Energy as an Implementation Engineer and help shape the future of high‑voltage transformer components. In this impactful role, you’ll bridge innovation and operations—bringing new technologies from concept to production while influencing the performance of components manufactured in our Alamo, TN facility. As part of the North America Regional Technology Center, you will collaborate across engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to drive product excellence, manufacturability, and successful launches.

How you’ll make an impact- Prepare new high‑voltage component technologies for production.
- Serve as the connection point between R&D and Operations to ensure manufacturability.
- Develop documentation, drawings, and reference materials for product launch.
- Support creation of design specifications and models aligned with standards.
- Coordinate prototyping and testing for new technologies.
- Share technical expertise across multiple teams and facilities.
- Participate in international standardization efforts.
- Stay ahead of market, technology, and industry trends.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).
- Permanent work authorization in the United States.
- 2–5 years of product development or manufacturing experience.
- CAD proficiency; experience with Creo is a plus.
- Team‑oriented, proactive, and innovative mindset.
- Willing to travel up to 50% to Alamo, TN if not local.
