Responsibilities:

Contribute to strategic AI implementation projects with Fortune 500 customers, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.

Thoughtfully develop components of LLM-powered AI systems, ensuring responsible, scalable, and predictable performance.

Develop and integrate AI systems with enterprise data pipelines, APIs, and existing software infrastructure.

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand pain points and business challenges, creating practical, AI-native solutions.

Contribute to Distyl's internal AI development platform (Distillery) by developing new features and integrations.

Monitor and optimize production AI systems, ensuring reliability and business alignment.

Stay up-to-date with AI/ML advancements, particularly LLMs, and evaluate their trade-offs for enterprise applications.

Continuously improve solution design and implementation processes, leveraging insights from real-world deployments.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend or full-stack development.

Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration, including working with APIs from OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar.

Strong software engineering skills, including Python, TypeScript, or another relevant language.

Familiarity with cloud architecture and data infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Experience with best practices such as version control (Git), CI/CD, and automated testing.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI-native development.
