The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Implementation Engineer to join our team at Digidenity, a Solera company. As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating our customers to the Digidentity Identity Platform, ensuring seamless integration and successful adoption to the platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and customer support, to deliver exceptional solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and integrate clients to the Digidentity Identity Platform, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Collaborate with project managers and customers to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize the platform to meet specific customer needs, including user interface customization and integration with existing systems.
- Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality and identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the implementation process, answering their questions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in identity management and related technologies.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing software solutions, preferably in the identity management domain.
- Strong understanding of identity management concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
