About the Client

We are a fast-growing, mission-driven technology firm supporting the U.S. national security community. Our platform enables decision-makers to use advanced data, analytics, and visualization to tackle challenges in defense modernization, acquisition, supply chain integrity, and federal program oversight.

Founded by experts in analytics and public sector strategy, our team includes technologists, policy specialists, and national security professionals. We work at the intersection of government and emerging technologies, and we're building a next-generation workforce to help deliver clarity in a data-saturated world.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated, curious, and data-driven individuals with a naval strategic programs background to join our team as Implementation Engineers. This role is ideal for candidates who have worked in Navy strategic programs, such as nuclear, missile, or strategic strike programs, and who want to bring that domain expertise to bear on the hardest problems in national security technology.

Implementation Engineers at our company have a quantitative mindset and firm understanding of how to use technology and data to solve hard customer problems. Implementation Engineers are responsible for leveraging quantitative skills to configure our technology to achieve customer outcomes, communicate data-driven insights to executives in the national security community, and produce compelling program insights, data visualization, and briefings.

In order to do this job well, you must be analytical, understand people, have a strong drive to use technology to solve the hardest problems, and want to learn everything, particularly about the most pressing national security challenges confronting the nation and how data and machine learning can help address them.

You're eager to build a deep understanding of US Government and Defense acquisition processes and the importance of effective and efficient program management, supply chain risk management, and program and technology modernization. You ask hard, uncomfortable questions. You know there are always multiple answers to hard problems, and you know how to engage in a constructive dialogue to find the best path forward.

This role is a full-time position located out of our office in Arlington, VA. This role may require up to 75% travel.
