About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way the world banks. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will create a roadmap that will guide clients through the process while you teach them our products and coach them through setup and integration.
What you will be doing:

• Responsible for ACH BCR setup for new Horizon customer.
• Conduct ACH balancing training and after live support. 
• Prepare estimates for customers requiring customs support via service now.
• Schedule ACH projects depending on urgencies or availability of resources.
• Work closely with the data center to ensure all ACH process are in place for new customers.
• Join forces with third-party vendors such as online banking to coordinate ACH setup and proper file handling.
• Provide ACH consultation, problem isolation and resolution assistance post live.
• Train customers on the handling of ACH origination, receive and positive pay, ACH transfers and returns.
• Manage the setup of ACH originators and processors with the data center.
• Support customers with the Fed or Bankers Bank GL balancing.

What you will need:

• Experience with ACH BCR Setup
• Experience with ACH balancing
• Experience working with banking clients, third-party vendors, and other cross function team member for conversions.
• Experience with providing ACH consultation.
• Experience with ACH transfers and returns.
• The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills.
• A bachelor’s in business or a related field or the equivalent experience.
