Job Responsibilities for Implementation-Conversion Analyst II: Experience of 4+ Years

About the Team:

The FIS Implementation team is made up of 15+ people. Team support testing and implementation for major banks in hosted platform on payments and card management services.

What You Will Be Doing  

Good understanding of the Payments switch and Card management system
Responsible to create test plans, test case scenarios, test execution.

Resource should posses knowledge in Visa / MasterCard and Rupay interfaces

Defect Management and Testing

Involve discussion with Client and internal stake holders

Responsible for environment setup

Experience in Oracle/SQL queries
Experience in Unix / Linux VI editor for issue analysis and debugging.
Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Added advantage for resource possessing knowledge in IST Switch / Cortex Application

Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
Requires advanced working knowledge of FIS systems as well as the industries in which FIS competes for business
Ability to understand, apply and explain concepts
Ability to handle project commensurate with job expectations
Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
Requires human relations, negotiation and documentation skills
Requires high attention to detail morale among team members

What will you Bring

Knowledge of FIS products and services, financial services industry is a plus.

Knowledge of E2E SDLC, Agile and iterative incremental and other modern approaches to software testing.

Experience of using project management like JIRA, Zypher test management etc.

Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.

Experience of creating project artifacts like test plan, test cases, requirement tracability matrix, integration/system test document etc.

Experience of integration test and validation of test results, extending product support for Productions and UAT.

Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for FIS clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.

Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.

Educational Qualification: • B.E., B.tech
