About this role 
 
The Implementation Consultant is a strategic partner for new customers, guiding them through the first 3–6 months of their journey. The primary goal is to help customers realize tangible ROI within the first 60–90 days, establish lasting adoption habits, and set them up for long-term, self-sustaining success that leads to repeated renewals. Success in this role is measured by customer retention (NDR, GDR), time to launch, time to first value, and onboarding CSAT. 
 
What you will be doing 

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of new multi-location customers and accelerate their journey to ROI by driving engagement, adoption, and utilization across their organization. 
  • Build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels—Executives, Department Leads, and day-to-day users—by aligning Kenect to their business outcomes. 
  • Guide customers through launch, onboarding, and early adoption to shorten time-to-first-value and establish behaviors that ensure long-term success. 
  • Monitor adoption signals and proactively intervene to ensure customers achieve measurable results within 60–90 days. 
  • Deliver onboarding training sessions, best practices, and consultative guidance to help customers integrate Kenect into daily workflows. 
  • Facilitate a progressive series of adoption meetings every 30 days for 2–5 months (depending on customer adoption pace), each session designed to provide new best practices, reinforce product value, and deepen customer success habits. 
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify and resolve customer issues quickly, ensuring a positive early experience. 
  • Position customers for growth by introducing additional features or expansions once they’ve achieved initial success milestones. 

Skills & Qualifications  

  • 1+ years of Customer Success, Implementation, or Consulting experience in a SaaS or software company. 
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented with a “get things done” mindset. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients and competing priorities. 
  • Experience accelerating customer time-to-value and driving retention outcomes. 
  • Ability to communicate ROI clearly to multiple stakeholder levels, from executives to end users. 
  • Experience with customer engagement tools (Salesforce, ChurnZero a plus). 
  • Previous experience meeting or exceeding retention and expansion goals preferred.
