The Impact of an Implementation Consultant at Coupa:
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-growth organization in a key role where you can impact and fuel your career development.
Our Professional Services Teams work closely with Coupa Customers, Partners and internal Product Management to implement the most valuable solutions for our customers.
As expert in spend management processes, your main goal is to support the design, implementation and deployment of our products, to deliver best practice solutions and to ensure customer success, all while driving efficiencies and improvements.
You will work within our top Subject Matter Expert (SME) group and gain exposure to all Coupa modules in Procure-to-Invoice, Travel & Expense, Supplier Management, and Source to Contracts domains.
What You'll Do:
- Lead implementation design with customers and provide subject matter expertise to external implementation partners
- Advise customers and partners on Coupa best practices, utilizing industry knowledge to ensure optimal functional design implementation
- Lead and support design audits to facilitate successful implementation
- Program manage collaboration between subject matter experts and product management teams to drive the strategic direction of the product
- Manage customer health assessments and assist in developing technology optimization roadmaps
- Create and oversee project delivery content and written presentations
- Research and take charge of using productivity tools to bring scale to internal processes
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 3+ years experience with a consulting firm or implementation delivery with a business software provider
- Strong background in program management and dedication to driving project success
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills, with a passion for understanding customer requirements and providing solutions
- Proven track record in configuring and delivering software demonstrations
- Ability to create visually compelling and effective presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Extensive experience as a power user of productivity tools, including Asana and Confluence, with a proven ability to leverage these platforms to enhance team collaboration and project management
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong interest in technical writing and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation
- Excels in a team setting, contributing positively to group dynamics and comfortable working under direction to complete assigned tasks
