We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Implementation Team as an Implementation Consultant. This position reports to the Senior Implementation Resource Manager.


Requirements

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

  • Kick off the implementation project with clear information on project scope and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely action, and successful delivery of milestones through the entire implementation cycle
  • Work with internal teams to failitate implementations
  • Raise risks and issues to the Customer promptly.
  • Provid a clean and thorough hand-over following implementation to support or the Customer Success Manager
  • Assist support with customer specific or technical questions
  • Successfully manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Update all systems and documentation as required

1. Partner with clients to achieve successful implementations and deliver the following:

  • Attend project meetings, as required.
  • Lead workshops, when required
  • Where possible, configure HSI Donesafe’s Injury & Claims Management system to meet their needs
  • Front-end data imports, as required
  • Liaising with the clients’ workers compensation agents to gather data
  • Work closely with the Technical Solutions resources during testing and reviewing self-insurance data
  • Identify Change Requests and follow the change request process
  • Estimate effort to deliver configuration change requests, when required
  • Support the Go Live preparation
  • Support and action the deployment task
  • Support Hypercare post Go Live2.

2. Undertake the following as an implementation manager in a cross functional project team:

  • Lead Kick off meetings
  • Work with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure a successful delivery
  • Provide progress updates on the project, when required

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years' experience within an OHS or workers compensation role highly preferred
  • 2+ years of Implementation experience preferred
  • SaaS implementation experience preferred
  • Experience communicating with large and enterprise clients preferred
  • Experience using our injury management & claims system preferred
  • Proficient in project management tools, MS Office Applications, experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)

Skills Required

  • 2-4 years of experience within an OHS or workers compensation role
  • 2+ years of implementation experience
  • SaaS implementation experience
  • Experience communicating with large and enterprise clients
  • Experience using an injury management and claims system
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with CRM tools, including Salesforce
