The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Implementation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Collaborating with Canadian healthcare customers and Solventum internal teams to complete implementation deliverables and meet project objectives.
- Assessing current-state coding, abstracting, CDI, and HIM workflows and helping validate future-state workflows for 360 Encompass.
- Configuring, testing, validating, and supporting Solventum application environments during implementation.
- Leading issue investigation, documentation, customer communication, testing support, and go-live readiness activities.
- Training system administrators, super users, and end users while contributing to improved implementation materials, tools, and Canadian workflow documentation.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in health informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology,AND three (3) years of combined experience supporting software and/or implementing software in a healthcare setting
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Three (3) years experience supporting healthcare software implementation, configuration, testing, validation, training support, go-live readiness, or post go-live stabilization activities.
- Three (3) years experience documenting implementation issues, coordinating test support, and communicating status or risks to customers and internal teams.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Knowledge of Solventum HIS products, including 360 Encompass, Codefinder, HDM, or related applications.
- Experience with Canadian coding and abstracting workflows, including CIHI standards, ICD-10-CA, CCI, DAD, and NACRS.
- Experience with EHR implementation or integration activities involving Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, MEDITECH, or Altera Health solutions.
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs, and data exchange workflows.
- Ability to maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced implementation environment.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support excellent customer relationships.
Additional Requirements
In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Those facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications (collectively “prerequisites to entry”) for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons. Applicable to Canadian Applicants. The expected compensation range for this position is $96,197 - $119,377 CAD, which reflects the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, skills, training, and work location, in alignment with Canadian pay equity and pay transparency requirements. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation components (e.g., incentive programs) and a comprehensive suite of benefits available to employees in Canada.
