What you will do at Parashift

As a Practical Consultant & Project Manager with Focus on Input Management and Case Management, you’ll be a hands-on driver of client setup success, leading the implementation of our AI-driven document automation platform to transform business processes. Your role will be pivotal in delivering tailored, scalable solutions, managing projects end-to-end, and ensuring clients realize the full potential of our platform. Working closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you’ll bridge technical complexity and client needs, becoming a trusted partner in their automation journey. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Lead project management for Input- and Case Management implementations, overseeing schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction.

• Provide hands-on consulting for process automation, analyzing and optimizing client Input Management and Case Management Implementations workflows to deliver tailored, automation-driven solutions. Clients predominately are Banks, Insurance Companies and Logistics Companies.

• Manage the end-to-end implementation journey, from capturing client requirements to organizing customized solutions, driving adoption, and supporting continuous improvement.

• Build trusted client relationships, using proactive, solution-focused communication to anticipate needs and maximize the value of Parashift’s platform.

• Oversee project prioritization and progress, conducting regular reviews to maintain momentum, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of critical outcomes.

What You Bring to Parashift’s Success

The ideal candidate brings:

• Project management experience: 4 years in managing projects or implementations, in technical/complex B2B software or automation environments, with a focus on delivering client-facing solutions.

• Process and automation knowledge: Practical experience with Input Management (document capture, classification, data extraction) and Case Management (workflow orchestration, task routing, SLA tracking), particularly in analyzing and optimizing these processes for automation.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology

• Technical aptitude: Comfort working with technical teams to configure and integrate software solutions, with exposure to CRM, DMS, BPM, ESB and ERP.

• AI/tech familiarity: Advanced nderstanding of AI-driven automation and enterprise technology solutions, particularly in document processing, intelligent capture, and case-based and agentic workflows.

• Client communication: Strong verbal and written skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly solutions and deliver engaging presentations or demos.

• Fast learner: Quick to adapt to new tools, client requirements, and technical challenges, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

• Organized and resilient: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Languages: Native German, fluent English; French is a plus.
