Implementation Consultant - CPQ

About the Position

Experlogix is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Implementation consultant CPQ. 

In this role, you will help partners and customers bring technology and business together by working with them to build and implement a customer-specific model that showcases Experlogix technology that supports and optimizes sales and product configuration processes. You will work collaboratively within the Experlogix, customer, and partner teams, focusing on collaboration and project success. As a part of the Experlogix team, you will be surrounded by subject matter experts and team members vested in your success.

Key Responsibilities 
 

Project & Client Focus 

• Ensure quality and client satisfaction during CPQ implementations. 

• Hold discovery workshops with customers and partners and create solution designs. 
• Create user stories and estimates.

• Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  

 Operational & Strategic 

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks. 

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for smooth project handoffs and client success. 

• Contribute to company-wide initiatives and strategic improvements. 

Leadership & Team Development 

• Coach, mentor, and support other team members. 

• Foster a culture of trust, open communication, and accountability. 

• Encourage innovation and empower other team members to take initiative. 

 What You Bring 

• 5+ years experience in leading (big) CPQ implementations.
• In depth knowledge on, and experience with ERP manufacturing (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP). 
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, business process mapping, and system integrations. 
  

Skills/Experience:

• Strong hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software, such as PROS, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Infor CPQ or equivalent
• CPQ consulting expertise with a demonstrated track record of successful implementations
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, F&O, BC, CE, AX, NAV, or Salesforce
• Web scripting knowledge is a plus
• Working skills with SQL, FetchXML, O-data queries and advanced Excel formulas and functions
• Proven ability to excel in a customer facing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with people, environments, cultures
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent ability to gather and define requirements and simplify processes using technology
• Analytical mindset and skills
• Ability to work with generic and abstract models
• Committed to teamwork and collaboration

 Preferred 

• English required
• Dutch or French preferred (if located near the Netherlands or Belgium office)
