Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Implementation and Online Booking Tool (OBT) Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing continuous support and optimization of internal systems and processes.

This dynamic position involves the integration of cutting-edge technology to streamline operations and elevate service standards. With a focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions, the Manager will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and exceed client expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, manage, and assess online booking tool (OBT) implementations from inception to launch, offering ongoing support post-deployment
  • Assist in facilitating technology adoption and maintenance for clients
  • Mid-office support (Cornerstone experience is a plus)
  • Assist operations team with researching and resolving client enquiries
  • Support Client Relationship Manager in preparation of quarterly/yearly reviews
  • Assist in loading and testing of vendor contracts through GDS
  • Support with routine or ad hoc client credit reports, as needed
  • Oversee Client Service Log
  • Assist with agent queues (commission checks) as needed
  • TMC agent backup if needed when required
  • Other tasks as requested

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel
  • GDS experience in Sabre 360, ideally Native – preferred
  • Experience in working with OBT (Concur/DEEM, etc) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, analytical, and shows the ability to multi-task
  • Experience using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
