The Air Expert at Travel Edge facilitates all aspects of air travel for clients, including booking complex itineraries, optimizing pricing options, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities also include achieving monthly sales goals, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airline contracts, and resolving customer issues with travel arrangements.

Oversee online booking tool implementations and assist with technology adoption for corporate travel clients. Manage mid-office support, client inquiries, vendor contracts, and client service log. Must have strong communication skills and be detail-oriented.
