HealthPartners is hiring a Senior Implementation & Business Analyst. The Senior Implementation & Business Analyst provides strategic leadership across both business analysis and implementation functions for new health plan customers with highly complex plan designs and complex, cross‑functional enterprise initiatives. • Decision Support & Documentation
      • Strong written communication skills for preparing executive‑ready recommendations.
      • Ability to draft impact summaries, decision support materials, operating assumptions, and project tracking documentation.
      • Skill in presenting risks, options, trade‑offs, and recommended paths forward.
      • Ability to prepare structured reports or submissions when regulatory changes require formal documentation.

      • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without direct authority.
      • Ability to facilitate discussions with internal stakeholders including Sales, Clients, Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT, and Product teams, as well as with external clients and vendors.
