Summary : As an Implementation Specialist and Business Analyst within our Hospitality Operations team, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of global hotel customers onto the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS).

We are looking for a natural problem-solver who appreciates a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate is someone who can step into a project, identify the path forward, and execute with precision while keeping stakeholders effortlessly aligned. You will be responsible for translating complex customer requirements into technical configurations, managing data migrations, and ensuring a seamless transition from kick-off to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation Lifecycle: Own the implementation of ACRS features from inception to production. Scope projects by gathering requirements directly from customers and third parties (OTAs, PMSs) to ensure a fit-for-purpose solution.
  • System Configuration & Data Migration Strategy: Define and execute the optimal strategy for system initialization, englobing various approaches to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Milestone & Environment Management: Ensure all test and production systems are initialized and validated on time, aligning with program increments and milestones leading up to a successful go-live.
  • Technical & Functional Support: Act as the primary technical entry point for customers and implementation leads. Perform rigorous testing on customized solutions and provide expert problem resolution.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with R&D, Solution Management, and Product teams to incorporate new developments. Provide timely updates and proactively escalate risks as appropriate.
  • Process Evolution: Actively work on simplifying and automating implementation processes to improve delivery speed and quality.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Professional Background: at least 4–6 years of experience in Implementation or Business Analyst roles, specifically within the Hospitality or Travel Technology sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: * Advanced mastery of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Expert-level use of Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.A solid understanding of APIs and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale system integration projects and complex functional requirements without the need for constant guidance.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, excellent written and verbal communication in English, and the ability to adapt to a wide variety of internal technical environments
  • Proactive professional with high accountability and a meticulous attention to detail. You thrive in multicultural environments and are comfortable conducting 3rd party meetings with confidence and poise.
