Overview
ISS is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join its Manila, Philippines team. A successful candidate will have an interest in financial operations and client service, and a desire to learn more about corporate governance.
Implementation Analysts are adaptable, eager, and efficient problem solvers, and able to lead cross-organization initiatives.
As an Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for setting up new ISS and client users with access to ISS platforms, and ensuring all deliverables within client contracts are delivered and/or completed in a timely fashion. Implementation Team work closely with different teams across the ISS organization and serve as project managers for various initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own, Coordinate entitlements of ISS products/services for ISS clients
- Serve as a subject matter expert with regards to ISS implementation and entitlement processes and procedures
- Own and manage client inquiry and issue resolution process.
- Create and refine training materials and process documents.
- Process access requests to ISS online platforms for internal staff
- Application Testing and other projects/ initiatives for the team
Qualifications
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
- Open for fresh graduates. 6 months experience in a client service or operations position is a plus.
- Demonstrated project management skills – defining of scope, resources, and timelines, and managing to multiple deliverables.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong computer skills with office applications
- Team player and an excellent relationship builder between both internal and external parties
- Demonstrated analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Innovative, motivated, client-oriented, and commercially aware thinker
- Absolute personal and business integrity
- Willingness to learn, flexible, adaptable and self-starter.
