YOUR ROLE

As the Implementation Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the effective implementation and launch of new contracts.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Drive strategic growth & operations initiatives by onboarding new markets & developing new relationships
  • Quarterback cross-functional initiatives by partnering with field operations & shared service teams to ensure provider partner is fully implemented on time and relationship is appropriately transitioned
  • Succinctly communicate your ideas and recommendations to executive leadership using PowerPoint and other visualization tools
  • Partner with tech, analytics, clinical quality, and market teams in marrying qualitative and quantitative data in creative ways to identify opportunities in lead operational performance initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across a flat organization to understand and document business requirements for building long term processes and technology solutions. Propose and develop interim solutions to remove barriers, automate manual processes and improve performance while long term solutions are built
  • Drive a solution from end to end, while promoting standardization and effective change management across all market teams
  • Facilitate proactive and ongoing communication with internal teams, ensuring all essential partners are aligned and informed on key details such as timelines, updates/changes to requirements, and resource needs
  • Identify potential risks associated with innovation projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

 HOW YOU QUALIFY

  • You accept that things change quickly in an early-stage, high growth environment and are willing to pivot rapidly on priorities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years in a business or management role, ideally in a healthcare startup with a focus on operations management
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form with strong focus on interdepartmental communication
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; expert knowledge of Excel
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Experience planning and leading special projects; proficient in project management tools to communicate and track project progress
  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes leveraging project management methodologies
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders


Pay range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000, with exact pay determined based on experience, education, demand for role, and other role-specific criteria.
