The Role

The Implementation & Activation Associate Manager is a critical role, providing activation & campaign management, whilst also supporting implementation planning, ensuring best-in-class outputs for clients consistently. You're stepping into a management role by developing key leadership skills to complement your technical prowess. You are responsible for supervising elements of team workload to ensure client demands are met. Working very closely with your manager, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help build on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service.
  • Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.
  • Take the lead in delivering best in class campaigns, in line with all planned parameters, in an efficient, effective, compliant, and future facing way, in line with group wide best practice.
  • Support the development of strong media plans that meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Provide clear guidance and instruction when teaching & helping others.
  • Continuously champion company values to build strong and trusted connections, solution-oriented perspectives and demonstrate that you genuinely care for collective team success.
  • Collaborate closely with your manager to identify, collate and showcase examples of great work from within the team, both internally and externally.
  • Be a positive face of the agency at industry events, either related to clients' category or our media partners.
