Description:
HotelKey, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our growing services team supporting implementation of our Frontdesk product and a suite of ancillary applications, which are part of our new cloud-based Property Management System. HotelKey Implementers will help clients configure our products to support their business needs. Implementers work in conjunction with project managers in getting a Property live on the New HotelKey PMS. You will work with clients to gather requirements and work on implementing the properties on the new PMS with the help of HotelKey ETL product
Responsibilities:
- Implement and Deploy new properties on the HotelKey Product Suite.
- Work with client IT teams to implement HotelKey PMS.
- Use the HotelKey ETL tool to convert data from legacy applications.
- Understand client requirements and offer applicable solutions.
- Automated and manual verifications of data load.
- Implement HotelKey PMS and train end users on the implemented software before handing it off to the training team.
- Implement client based customizations in HotelKey Admin for Property Implementations.
- Provide technical support throughout the duration of the implementation
- Assist and train clients in installing the new software and how to use it.
- Create handbooks and online help section to accompany software Qualifications
Requirements:
- Fresher- Diploma /Graduate/Post Graduate with IT/ Computer background.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong Analytical and presentation skills required.
- Basic SQL, Phyton, AWS.
- XML and Json awareness, Troubleshooting using Charle
- Ready to work in rotational Shift
Skills Required
- Diploma, graduate, or postgraduate qualification with an IT or computer background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Basic SQL knowledge
