- Lead the implementation and management of Kanban systems to optimize workflow and material movement.
- Facilitate Kaizen events to identify opportunities for improvement and eliminate waste. Through KANBAN Methodology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and ensure alignment with Lean principles.
- Train and mentor team members on Kanban methodology and Lean practices.
- Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvements and report on progress to management.
- Utilize Lean tools and methodologies to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate staff on Kanban and Lean techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Kanban systems and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management about project statuses and team performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean principles, particularly Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Experience in a leadership role within a Lean transformation initiative.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with manufacturing processes.
