About the Role
As Impact Program Intern, you will get the chance to:
- Support administrative and operational execution of the Amartha Cendekia Scholarship Program
- Assist in managing participant database, documentation, and coordination
- Support development of content matrix and planning for amartha.org (especially instagram)
- Assist in drafting captions, campaign ideas, and impact storytelling materials
- Support coordination for impact programs and community initiatives
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and internal tracking of program progress
- Contribute ideas and research for program development and improvement
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Communications, Social Sciences, Management, Marketing, or related majors
- Strong interest in social impact, education, community development, and sustainability programs
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with basic content writing and social media planning skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Proactive, creative, willing to learn, and able to support multiple projects in a collaborative environment
