The Position

Join us as an Impact Network Expert, where you will play a vital role in advancing our Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) strategy by coordinating initiatives across our employee-led Impact Networks outside of the US. You will partner closely with network leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful international programs that amplify employee voices across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to activate grassroots I&B strategy and foster a truly inclusive workplace culture on a global scale.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will ensure strategic alignment and consistency in programming across diverse regions. Your focus will be on:

  • Program & Event Coordination: Support the planning and delivery of Impact Network events across various countries and time zones.

  • Operational Excellence: Establish governance frameworks and streamline administrative processes for our voluntary, employee-led communities.

  • Stakeholder Support: Provide guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting support to Network leaders and members worldwide.

  • Strategic Compliance: Ensure initiatives maintain compliance with local and international contexts, partnering with Legal, Communications, and People & Culture.

  • Inclusion Engagement: Strengthen engagement across the organization to raise awareness and amplify the impact of our networks.

  • Impact Tracking: Monitor program effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and engagement tracking to optimize resource allocation.

  • Resource Enhancement: Update and enhance shared tools, documents, and digital platforms (e.g., gSites) for the Networks.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work in coordination with the P&C Operating model to ensure seamless execution of I&B initiatives.

Who You Are

You are a collaborative professional who thrives in a matrixed environment and is passionate about building inclusive communities. You bring:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of proven experience working with employee resource groups (ERGs) or I&B initiatives.

  • Global Mindset: Deep cultural intelligence and experience in adapting I&B strategies to local cultural, social, and economic dynamics.

  • Project Leadership: A track record of executing initiatives that increase engagement and business impact at regional and international levels.

  • Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional skill in influencing and gaining consensus from diverse global stakeholders and senior leaders in a complex global environment. 

  • Operational Acumen: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to establish standardized governance processes.
