Key Responsibilities
Strategic development:

  • Define and deliver a central community impact programme and partner strategy across our various initiatives.
  • Work with the Brand and Comms lead to define quarterly and annual programme and partner plans, shape our messaging, positioning and programme delivery accordingly.
  • Work with research, agencies and data teams to validate decision making, as well as evaluate opportunities and understanding the competitor landscape.


Programme delivery lead

  • Shape and deliver community impact programmes with existing partners and identify key community-based programs for the year, that align with our community impact strategy.
  • Where appropriate identify and onboard new partners and programmes that align with our community impact strategy.
  • Lead weekly/monthly partner meetings to ensure programme deliverables are met.
  • Reporting on our key metrics and KPI's on a monthly basis and working with partners to drive and report programme results.


Impact Marketing:

  • Work closely with partners to define and deliver impact marketing plans across our partner channels utilising key rights and work with our PR teams to amplify across earned and internal channels.
  • Work closely with our campaigns team to ensure they are aware of partner rights that can be activated and facilitate partner relations to deliver this.
  • Has a strong working knowledge of key marketing performance metrics to drive brand awareness and attributes.


Stakeholder management:

  • Work hand in hand with key stakeholders across brand, sponsorships, campaigns, PR & communications leads alongside external partners.
  • Where appropriate work with the firm's Corporate Responsibility department which includes Global Philanthropy (GP), Global Government Relations, Sustainability, Market Strategy, and Research and Policy teams to share best practice and learnings.
  • Work alongside our employee engagement, HR and internal comms teams to shape our employee volunteering programmes.
  • Be prepared to work in an agile methodology e.g. working in sprints and reporting fortnightly on progress
  • Maintain an awareness and understanding of the relevant legislations and guidance surrounding ESG and impact marketing and working closely with our Controls teams to ensure advertising assets are always compliant.
  • Have relevant experience or degree in marketing, leading community impact programmes or in a related field.
  • Calm under pressure with a positive attitude and excellent organisational and communication skills
  • An excellent team player who is able to work in highly collaboration, multi-disciplinary teams.


The successful candidate will have:

  • In depth knowledge of impact partnership management and an how to leverage rights and the relationship to raise awareness through partner channels.
  • Experience in onboarding and vetting new partners and programmes.
  • A track-record in developing and delivering impact marketing plans across partner channels and working closely with internal campaigns and PR teams to utilise partner rights and raise awareness of programmes.
  • Analytical, with strong experience in using consumer and product data (including primary consumer insight and performance analytics) to inform strategy, and programme decisions.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and influencing ability, developed in a fast-paced, digital-first environment with agile ways of working.
