Job Description
This role provides exposure to marketing functions, product launches, market analysis, and promotional activities within the pharmaceutical industry. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, regulatory, and medical affairs, to help drive brand growth and market positioning
- Market Research & Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Campaign Support: Help in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) aimed at healthcare professionals and patients.
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation and approval of promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and product literature to support product marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing: Support in digital marketing, inclusive but not limited to social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital channel.
- Event Planning: Support in organizing and coordinating conferences, seminars, webinars, and other events for product promotion and brand awareness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with the sales team to ensure alignment on promotional activities and alignment of key messages.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring all marketing materials comply with pharmaceutical regulations and are approved by the relevant authorities.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as maintaining databases, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
Experiences/Competencies Required
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Exposure to brand management, product launches, and marketing strategies in the healthcare space.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a science-related field. (science related engineering undergrads are welcome)
- Strong interest in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
