Join our Immigration Team as an Immigration Dashboard & Reporting Analyst

This role will be based in one of our U.S. offices. Regular in‑office presence is required for day‑to‑day operations, team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Practice Group Senior Manager.
Position Summary
The Dashboard & Reporting Analyst is responsible for configuring, delivering, and supporting client-facing and internal dashboards using standardized Power BI and Power Platform solutions. This role owns the day-to-day dashboard experience, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and timely delivery, while operating within established templates and governance frameworks.
The Analyst partners with business stakeholders and GT Technology to translate reporting needs into effective, scalable dashboard solutions. This role focuses on adoption and delivery and does not own underlying data architecture, platform engineering, or environment management.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and enhance dashboards and workflows using approved templates
Create new dashboard templates where appropriate or required
Manage data refreshes, validate outputs, and resolve data discrepancies
Ensure dashboards meet client-ready standards for accuracy, usability, and presentation
Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and support procedures
Act as the primary point of contact for reporting needs across assigned groups
Translate business requirements into dashboard configurations within the standard platform
Prioritize enhancements in coordination with stakeholders and GT Technology
Support onboarding of new users, teams, and use cases
Operate within established Power BI and Power Platform standards and templates
Ensure consistency across deployments under a “one architecture, one template” model
Identify requests requiring platform or data model changes and escalate appropriately
Participate in discussions on data definitions, KPIs, and reporting standard
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard configuration and support
Working knowledge of data structures, relationships, and basic Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for validation and light configuration
Experience supporting Power Automate workflows within established solutions
Strong troubleshooting skills across data refreshes and report outputs
Understanding of role-based access control within Microsoft 365 / Power BI
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable operating in a shared services model with a phased, evolving scope.
Education & Prior Experience
3–5+ years of experience supporting Power BI or similar reporting platforms
Experience delivering business or client-facing reporting solutions
Power BI, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform certifications preferred.
Experience working in a professional services organization strongly preferred. Law firm experience a plus.
Technology
Proficient in Power BI or similar reporting platforms
Familiarity with enterprise Microsoft environments (M365, Entra ID)
Familiarity with Python for data analysis, validation, or light automation tasks (e.g., data reconciliation, file processing) a plus.
Familiarity with immigration case management systems and related source data (e.g., INSZoom/Mitratech, LawLogix, or comparable platforms) a plus.
