We are seeking a knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to support our US staffing operations by managing employment-based immigration processes and ensuring compliance with US immigration laws. The ideal candidate will work closely with recruiters, consultants, attorneys, and clients to facilitate visa processing, maintain documentation, and provide guidance on work authorization and immigration-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, OPT/CPT, TN, L-1, E-3, and Green Card processes.
- Coordinate with immigration attorneys, employees, recruiters, and clients to ensure timely filing and case progression.
- Review and maintain immigration documents, petitions, and compliance records.
- Advise recruiters and consultants on work authorization, visa transfers, extensions, amendments, and status changes.
- Track visa expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Stay current with US immigration regulations and communicate policy updates to internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with USCIS, DOL, and other applicable immigration requirements.
- Strong knowledge of US employment-based immigration processes and visa categories.
- Experience working in the US Staffing or IT Staffing industry.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple immigration cases simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with USCIS regulations, Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), and PERM processes is preferred.
