Immigration Compliance Adviser

Kirkstall Forge, Leeds (LS5 3BF)

Hybrid Options Available (Up to 3 days WFH)

Full time, 37.5 hours

Permanent

This is a great opportunity to start your career in a HR and Immigration compliance role, and with our friendly and supportive People Services team in our Leeds office. Being part of the UK Support functions, they are at the backbone of our UK operations.

You will deliver a Professional and  exceptional service to internal customers and stakeholders for the whole of BGUK. We play a vital role in making sure that our customer–facing teams get all the support they need to deliver the very best service.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage an array of immigration and Sponsorship compliance enquires and cases, which will come through a variety of channels.

  • You will provide guidance and support at all levels throughout the business and advise whether an employee is eligible for sponsorship in the UK under the Skilled worker visa route.

  • You will be responsible for submitting accurate and compliant applications for Certificates of Sponsorship directly through the Home Office’s Sponsorship Management System.

  • On each case, you will deliver excellent level of services and support to our internal stakeholders and customers across all parts of the Bupa business.

  • You will play a vital role in ensuring Bupa and our sponsored work force remain compliant with key home office legislation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills

  • Ideally someone who has experience in compliance, onboarding or who comes from a regulated industry.

  • Proactive, attention to detail, highly organised, excellent time management skills and able to manage various jobs

  • Good level of administration experience and MS Office and IT skills
