About The Role
You will oversee all aspects of the US immigration process and will be responsible for communicating with clients, gathering application documents, reviewing files, and submitting applications. You will be responsible for an array of US business immigration cases from inception to resolution and provide industry-leading service to clients by offering timely and clear immigration support. You will be required to follow the outlined company-developed onboarding and processing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer a consistent, industry-leading experience to customers by providing legal support and strategy from the initial kick-off call through petition filing.
- Prepare and file initial submissions, re-submissions, and RFE/NOID responses for O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions.
- Provide consular support assistance for immigrant visa (employment-based and marriage-based) and non-immigrant visa applications (B-1, H-1B, L-1, E-1, E-2, E-3, O-1), including DS-160 and DS-260 forms.
- Continuously level up by learning how to prepare new case types, such as I-485, H-1B, TN, E-3, E-2, etc.
- Actively monitor individual case pipelines to achieve production targets, meet critical deadlines, and increase client satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate regarding procedural and case processing issues, identify immigration solutions, and understand current activity.
- Provide feedback on opportunities for continuous process improvement and elimination of redundancy.
- Managing Employment Life Cycle.
- Work on special projects, as assigned.
What you'll need:
- 5+ year of business immigration experience, either as a Paralegal or Immigration Specialist (Preference for O-1, E-2, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW experience).
- 1+ year of experience working in a law firm, corporate, or startup setting
- Experience managing individual pipeline and proven ability to juggle multiple customers and priorities, keeping all customers informed of changes to deadlines
- Ability to function independently while following established directions and processes with limited hand-holding
- Familiarity working with Workday is a plus!
Salary and Benefits
We offer great compensation packages, including a salary that aligns with each candidate's skills and experience. Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with the exact compensation within this range to be determined based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience and location.
