The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the policy lifecycle, underwriting, product configuration, requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
✅ Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge
✅ Commercial & Specialty Insurance experience preferred
✅ User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, Process Flows
✅ Product Backlog Management & Agile/Scrum
✅ Underwriting, Rating & Policy Lifecycle
✅ JIRA, Confluence, Miro
