The IMG Product Analyst & Program Manager is a key contributor to the team in defining the non-vehicle business digital strategy for IMG. The successful candidate will play a vital role in rolling out digital experiences enhancing revenue generation through seamless online experiences. This position requires a self-starter with strong project management skills, a keen analytical mind, and excellent cross-geographical coordination abilities.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Product Management Support:
Assist the Product Manager in developing and executing non-vehicleDigital Strategy for IMG
Support the creation of detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on user needs and business objectives.
Help track product development progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Rollout Of Digital Experiences:
Actively participate in the coordination and rollout of the digital Go to Market Plan across various IMG markets on ford.com.
Facilitate communication and collaboration with global marketing, regional marketing and IT to ensure market-specific requirements, localization, and compliance are addressed.
Support the Product Manager in managing deployment schedules, stakeholder communications, and post-launch monitoring.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for non-vehicle digital experiences, presenting insights to stakeholders, and suggesting improvement actions.
Conduct in-depth analysis of digital product performance using web analytics tools, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Utilize data to inform product decisions, identify user behavior patterns, and measure the impact of new features and rollouts.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in digital product support, digital marketing, publishing, project management, or data analysis within a digital context.
Proven experience in supporting the execution of digital projects or product rollouts.
Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in interpreting web analytics data to derive insights.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with experience working across multiple geographies/time zones.
Familiarity with digital 'buy' experiences, e-commerce platforms, or transactional websites.
Preferred:
Experience in the automotive industry or with large, global consumer-facing websites.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
Tool Proficiency:
Project Management & Collaboration: Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
Data Visualization: Basic understanding or familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
