Iron Mountain is seeking a smart, committed, and experienced Imaging Supervisor to join our Commercial Imaging Center team at the Boyers Underground facility. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily department operations, managing a team of 15–30 employees, and ensuring the highly secure, efficient storage, maintenance, and digitization of federal records.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Team Leadership & Development: Provide daily direction, lead, mentor, and cross-train department employees while establishing accountable performance standards and measures.
Project & Quality Management: Manage project timelines, quality standards, and overall outcomes for high-volume customer orders in a production-driven environment.
Customer Resolution & Process Optimization: Research and resolve complex customer issues, modifying operational procedures as needed to meet customer demands.
Administrative & Financial Support: Assist with the monthly invoicing process and ensure effective cross-functional communication across internal local markets and external clients.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
2–3 years of supervisory experience managing a team of 15–30 employees within a high-volume production environment.
A strong technical background with a deep understanding of digital imaging and document digitization processes.
Proven skills in team training, workload prioritization, project lifecycle management, and organizational efficiency.
This position requires effective communication, internally and externally. There will be interaction with multiple areas of Iron Mountain with greater focus on local market communication. External communication may consist of infrequent Customer visits, written and verbal communication.
Prior experience working with Kofax is preferred, but not required.
What We Offer (Benefits)
Compensation: Starting at $59,300/an (**Negotiations Depending on Experience), Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit & is Bonus Eligible
Schedule: Monday - Friday, covering 1st Shift 6:30 AM to 3 PM

This is an onsite role and no remote work will be considered.
