Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Imaging Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation and high-quality scanning of physical records, ensuring digital conversion accuracy while meeting strict production targets.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will:
Execute high-volume document digitization by sorting and preparing hardcopy records and scanning them into electronic images, ensuring every output meets premium quality standards.
Collaborate with the Imaging Center team and supervisors to follow production procedures, accurately track internal documentation, and achieve collective conversion objectives.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards by adhering to Imaging Center guidelines, maintaining a clean and secure work environment, and following all safety policies.
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
1+ years of experience in a production-oriented environment, administrative role, or document management field.
Strong knowledge of PC operations and familiarity with computer-related products to navigate imaging software and internal tracking systems.
Proven ability in maintaining accuracy at a sustained pace, with the physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and the focus to meet consistent production rates.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
