Imaging Specialist is responsible for the accurate processing of documents following company's quality and compliance procedures.
Duties :
- Sort & organise records and information
- Execute document imaging process
- Ensure accurate and quick data entry from source documents into company's or client's database
- Quality control of documents
- Consistently satisfying and exceeding the standard of customer service in full compliance with their specific contract requirements and within timelines
- Responsibility for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Competency in using systems
- Clear Criminal Records
