About the Job Opportunity
PartsSource is seeking a dynamic Imaging Product Specialist for our North American Imaging business. In this role, you’ll ensure that our customers have access to best-in-class supplies, accessories, and equipment that enable accurate and cost-effective diagnostic imaging services.
You’ll connect with healthcare organizations across X-Ray, Ultrasound, and MRI modalities to understand their challenges and match them with PartsSource’s powerful solutions. This is a results-driven, customer-facing position ideal for a proactive, phone-savvy sales professional looking to make a measurable impact in the healthcare industry.
What You’ll Do
Drive Customer Relationships & Growth
- Proactively contact key decision-makers within existing and new customer accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow customer base and increase product adoption.
- Identify new sales opportunities and recommend solutions aligned with customer needs.
Deliver Value Through Expert Solutions
- Understand customer goals in imaging technology and align PartsSource capabilities to address them.
- Support customers in sourcing and procurement of imaging parts, supplies, and services.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Optimize Sales Processes & Data
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Manage customer-level pricing and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing to identify opportunities for improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, imaging, or medical devices.
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to operate proactively on the phone.
- Knowledge of imaging modalities (X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI) and related suppliers.
- Experience negotiating terms and securing favorable contracts.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
