Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Imaging Operations Manager to join our Digital Solutions team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all branch and district imaging operations, from optimizing workflow performance to ensuring high standards of security and quality control. Your leadership will be pivotal in assessing facility performance, managing capacity planning, and driving key initiatives to enhance service delivery.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Lead and Optimize Operations: Manage all activities related to imaging operations, analyzing and modifying workflow performance, and ensuring the proper maintenance of all related imaging equipment.
Drive Strategic Performance and Capacity: Coordinate local operations to ensure proper chain of custody and security, including capacity planning for throughput, system utilization (local disk, supplies, and processes), and maintaining a proper Disaster Recovery (DR) process.
Develop Teams and Support Growth: Support local sales staff, train new staff in all phases of the imaging process, and make recommendations to management on desirable additions, replacements, or changes to operational practices.
Security Compliance: Execute and oversee strict adherence to government, client, and internal security protocols.
Chain of Custody: Manage the secure handling and end-to-end chain of custody for all sensitive records and classified materials.
Audit & Review Readiness: Maintain a "constant state of readiness" for compliance audits and lead the preparation for formal security reviews.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
5-7 years of computer experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Windows environment and imaging , with 2-3 years in management and operations .
Strong knowledge of security policies and controls related to imaging processes and proficiency in imaging operations, workflow, and imaging software (Kofax Ascent Capture preferred).
Proven ability in operations support, maintenance of imaging practices , and actively managing complex operational components like system utilization and DR processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science (post-graduate education is a plus).
Must have Federal Identification (i.e. Real ID, Passport, Passport Card) to be eligible for Public Trust Clearance Process.
Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.
What We Offer (Benefits):
Compensation: Starting at $85,000.00/an (**Negotiations Depending on Experience) and is Bonus Eligible
