Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Imaging Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end imaging workflows, driving site financial performance (revenue and margin), and leading a multi-shift team to ensure 100% compliance with security and chain-of-custody protocols. You will act as a key liaison for implementations, ensuring our imaging standards are practiced with precision while maintaining high facility performance and capacity.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, optimize, and excite the entire imaging operations culture from top to bottom: Manage all site activities across multiple shifts, analyzing workflow performance to ensure direct reports are coached effectively on key performance indicators and output deliverables.

  • Drive financial and capacity excellence: Maintain site financials to drive positive revenue trends while managing capacity planning, including throughput, system utilization, and disaster recovery processes.
     

  • Ensure operational compliance and security: Guarantee all processes align with organizational security policies and local labor laws, maintaining an accurate work forecast and an audit-ready environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–7 years of experience in computer operations, document imaging environments or 3PL.
     

  • Strong knowledge of imaging software (such as Kofax).

  • Leverage advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions to interpret and manipulate high - volume data.

  • Proven ability in people leadership, specifically managing large teams, of 50 - 100 members, across multiple shifts and driving stakeholder engagement.

  • Lean Six Sigma, CDIA+, PMP is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
