Tactica Solutions is seeking an experienced Imagery Analyst Mid to support the U.S. Army INSCOM APOGEE program at Fort Gordon. This is a high-impact opportunity to apply advanced space-based GEOINT expertise in direct support of critical Army and national intelligence requirements.In this role, you will bring deep knowledge of satellite collection systems, photogrammetric techniques, analytic modeling, and proven proficiency with tools such as RemoteView, SOCET GXP, and ArcGIS to solve complex geospatial intelligence challenges. You will work side-by-side with partners across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, producing clear, actionable intelligence through well-crafted reports, briefings, and multimedia presentations that senior leaders rely on.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform GEOINT and imagery analysis to support intelligence requirements, operational planning, and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Research, collect, evaluate, and integrate geospatial and intelligence information from multiple sources to develop clear analytic findings.
  • Apply GEOINT tradecraft and knowledge of Army and defense intelligence operations to support intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination.
  • Prepare written intelligence products, assessments, graphics, multimedia presentations, and briefings in accordance with established standards.
  • Support enterprise data integration, data governance, metadata management, data modeling, and performance-metric activities.
  • Assist with project requirements, special assignments, and coordination among analysts, technical teams, working groups, and mission stakeholders.
  • Review data and draft products for accuracy, completeness, clarity, sourcing, and consistency with applicable tradecraft and publication guidance.
  • Communicate analytic results effectively and contribute to cross-functional discussions, briefings, and working sessions. 
  • Maintain familiarity with relevant GEOINT policies, National System for GEOINT practices, tools, and mission priorities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program and mission requirements.
Requirements

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 8 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; OR HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 10 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience

Clearance

  • Current/active TS/SCI clearance

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design
  • Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products

Core Competencies

  • Excellent written & oral communication, research, and analytic skills
  • Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects
  • Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
  • Extensive experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders
  • Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports

Preferred Qualification:

  • Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder
  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II, etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG)

Physical Requirement:Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.

Salary Range: $66,866.00 - $81,866.00

Skills Required

  • BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or a related field, plus at least 10 years of intelligence analysis experience including 8 years of current GEOINT analysis experience; alternatively, a high school diploma/GED and specialized training plus at least 15 years of intelligence analysis experience including 10 years of current GEOINT analysis experience.
  • Current and active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, data governance, metrics, metadata management, and data modeling and design.
  • Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense-level intelligence operations, including intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination.
