Leads NEPA and environmental compliance program integration for U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command. Coordinates concurrent environmental actions, schedules, risks, documentation, inspections, stakeholders, and corrective actions. Advises leadership and project teams on regulatory requirements and mission impacts, reviews technical deliverables, establishes standardized workflows, mentors support personnel, and prepares executive briefings. Requires extensive NEPA, federal environmental compliance, and program management experience, with travel up to 30% including possible OCONUS assignments.

Provides Department of Defense budget formulation, justification, execution, and financial management support. Develops and monitors annual and multi-year budgets, analyzes funding requirements, tracks obligations and expenditures, prepares financial reports, resolves system discrepancies, and supports contract funding, reconciliation, and closeout. Uses GFEBS and DAI while ensuring compliance with fiscal law, PPBE processes, and acquisition regulations.

Develop, integrate, test, and evaluate AI and generative AI solutions for Department of Defense mission and business operations. Build RAG and agent-based workflows, analyze AI tools and risks, implement testing and safety processes, and translate technical findings into practical tools, documentation, training, and recommendations for military, civilian, and contractor stakeholders.

Prepares and tracks financial reports, spend plans, forecasts, cost reports, invoices, and funding requirements for a defense contract. Reconciles financial discrepancies, analyzes contract modifications and subcontractor costs, supports cost proposals by CLIN, and monitors limitation-of-funds thresholds. The role coordinates with government financial offices, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining meeting records and supporting program management. Secret clearance is required to start, with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI.
