Tactica Solutions is seeking an experienced Imagery Analyst Expert to support the U.S. Army INSCOM APOGEE program at Fort Gordon. This is a high-impact opportunity to apply advanced space-based GEOINT expertise in direct support of critical Army and national intelligence requirements.In this role, you will bring deep knowledge of satellite collection systems, photogrammetric techniques, analytic modeling, and proven proficiency with tools such as RemoteView, SOCET GXP, and ArcGIS to solve complex geospatial intelligence challenges. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct expert-level GEOINT and imagery analysis using US Government and commercial satellite capabilities to address complex intelligence requirements.
  • Apply advanced space-based GEOINT tradecraft, photogrammetric principles, analytic modeling, and relevant collection processes to develop accurate, mission-focused assessments.
  • Use GEOINT software and tools, including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, and ArcGIS, to exploit imagery, integrate geospatial data, and produce intelligence products.
  • Conduct Foundational Military Intelligence analysis and baseline reporting in accordance with applicable Army, National System for GEOINT, and Intelligence Community policies and standards.
  • Support object-based production, Structured Observation Management, and activity-based intelligence workflows to organize observations and identify patterns of activity.
  • Collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct complex problems and develop effective analytic and collection approaches.
  • Coordinate with Intelligence Community and Department of Defense partners on technical and substantive GEOINT topics, requirements, and findings.
  • Prepare and present clear, timely intelligence findings through written reports, multimedia presentations, briefings, and other approved formats.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of emerging government and commercial satellite capabilities, GEOINT tools, policies, and analytic methodologies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program and mission requirements.
Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Doctoral Degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 5 years CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; OR MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; OR BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 8 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience.
  • College degree must be in a relevant field such as remote sensing, Geospatial sciences, Relevant STEM field, or political science.

Clearance

  • Current/active TS/SCI security clearance w/SSBI

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Relevant specialized experience must be in the application of space-based GEOINT.
  • Expert knowledge of the full spectrum of US GOV and commercial satellite capabilities, including tasking and collection processes and protocols
  • Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, or ArcGIS
  • Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
  • Experience with conducting Foundational Military Intelligence analysis and baseline reporting
  • Knowledge of relevant GEOINT-related Army, National System for GEOINT (NSG), or Intelligence Community (IC) policies
  • Experience with object-based production (OBP), structured observation management (SOM), and activity-based intelligence (ABI).
  • Experience with analytic modeling

Core Competencies

  • Ability to collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective analysis and collection approaches
  • Ability to collaborate with partners across the IC and DoD on technical or substantive topics.
  • Expert ability to present intelligence information via multimedia presentations and written reports.

Preferred Qualification:

  • GPC-II Imagery Certification
  • Experience with commercial visualization software
  • Experience with non-traditional GEOINT data sources
  • Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
  • Experience with data analytics and COTS statistical software (SPSS, SAS, MatLab etc.) Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums

Location: Fort Gordon, GA


Physical Requirement:Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
