Image Quality Sr Manager

Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a visionary and technically skilled Senior Image Quality Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge image quality algorithms and physics innovations for our Molecular Imaging business. Based at our Haifa site, this role will drive excellence in image quality performance, guiding a team of expert algorithm engineers and physicists, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of molecular imaging.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and validation of advanced image quality algorithms and physics models for molecular imaging systems.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of algorithm developers and physicists.
• Collaborate with product management to define image quality metrics, performance targets, and validation strategies.
• Influence strategic direction and resource planning for image quality initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, academic research, and emerging technologies to inform innovation.
• Solve complex technical challenges using sound judgment, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating best practices and novel approaches into product development.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in image processing, computer vision, and algorithm development.
• Experience in medical imaging or health technology product development.
• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning techniques applied to imaging.
• Software development experience is a strong advantage (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
